Moving!

Hey guys!  Sorry for not updating more regularly of late.  I’m moving across the country!  So I probably won’t be able to update much for the next week or two.  

I’ve been meaning to get around to writing a Newbie’s Guide to BattlePets, and I’ll do an expanded one later, but for now, I’ll answer a question I get a lot:  Which pets should you start with?

Anubisath Idol is absolutely amazing, and has become a staple in my arsenal.  Definitely get your hands on one.

Fluxfire Feline is also incredibly useful; even after the nerf, it’s going to be one of the most useful pets out there.  used to be one of the best pets, but is going to be nerfed so hard in 5.2 that it’s going to be merely average.

Spirit Crab is a great pet; getting a rare is time-consuming but worth it.

You also can’t go wrong with one of the crocolisk pets:  Snarly, Toothy, Chuck, and Muckbreath.  Of the four, Snarly is the best, but the differences are very minor.
